“I have been a Griffin customer for many years. They put a new unit in my home when I purchased it 20 years ago. Through the years, I have maintained a service agreement with them and cannot say enough positive things about this company. Although my heat and air unit was still working perfectly I asked for a quote on a new system. I was given 2 options and the sales person took the time to explain them completely and helped me make the best choice for my home and needs. They got me on the schedule quickly, showed up when they said they would, worked neatly and cleanly and had the new system up and running very smoothly. The installers made sure I knew how the new system operated before they left and made sure it was set for my comfort level. As I said, my original system was still working perfectly, but I am so happy I chose to replace it instead of waiting. I am beyond pleased and will continue to use Griffin for all my heating and air needs. I also turned my attic into a bonus room and have a mini split in my upstairs (another great product recommended by Griffin for the space). Great company, extremely knowledgeable employees, trustworthy, courteous and friendly. They do not try to oversell, but instead make sure the product suits your needs. Highly recommend!”
